In spite of its small dimensions the LUKACast S is equipped with numerous technical features ensuring constant high quality casting.The induction heating has been especially adjusted to dental alloys. It combines fast heating (up to 2.000 °C) with a thorough mixing of the metal by inductive bath movement even with small metal volumes. Melting can take place under vacuum or Argon (to reduce oxidation). After casting overpressure will be supplied to optimise the fill.

Fast and easy casting

The casting works by giving the complete casting unit a 90°-turn.This design enabled us to keep the number of moving parts and required sealings at a low level and to realise this very attractive price. Fewer parts mean longer durability and better economic efficiency.

Can be used with all metals - also steel and non-precious alloys

Due to the 3,5 kW induction heating, melting takes place very fast and in an oxidation free environment. All metals can be casted without problems.The crucibles are big enough to process all customary quantities of material in dental laboratories.

Of course also little quantities can be melted and casted - an important factor for the device's efficiency. This new automatic vacuum casting technique realises very good results with solid parts as well as with parts with minimal wall thickness.

Easy to install

The installation of the LUKACast S is very easy. All you need is a 230 V power- and a water-connection. Should there be no water-connection in your laboratory we can supply you with an external water cooling unit. So you are free to decide where to place the LUKACast S.

Due to the small dimension and weight servicing can be carried out fast and at low costs. Because the LUKACast S weighs only 27 kg it can be dispatched with all parcel services.

In addition to this servicing can be carried out via GSM-Modem.
