Vision Bonding

Vision Bonding is a bonding agent consisting of porcelain and metal oxides. It neutralises the metal surface and serves as a CTE buffer. Depending on layer thickness and alloy composition, Vision Bonding has a yellowish slightly shining appearance after firing. This can vary between different alloys. Vision Bonding is ready to use. Its advantages are: excellent bond between porcelain and alloy, eliminates wash bake and has exeptionally good temperature alternation resistance, thus more security on NP and others.

LUKALink

LUKALink is a light-curing bonding system designed to adhere denture acrylic to non-precious metal alloys and titanium. LUKALink is an innovative system for metal-resin bonding for implant and framework dentures. It guarantees lasting bonds and excellent adhesiveness under pressure-, shear- and tensile stress. It does not cause thermal stress on the metal framework.

Application: For bonding acrylic to non-precious metal alloys; excellent properties for masking clasps; opaquing saddles on partial frameworks.

Occlusion Test Kit

The extremely thin layer of the occlusion dye (4-5 microns) allows the immediate locating of occlusion contacts on all dental materials (e.g. metals, ceramics). Every time the occlusion kit is used the dye will be mixed with the solvent to prevent drying-up. The inorganic dye can be easily removed completely by washing it off with water without discolouring the processed material.
